Shipping and delivery times
Delivery within 1-3 business days,
Deliveries take place during business hours Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
The ignite-me Store accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal.
You can check the status of your order and track its shipment at any time by entering the order number included in the order receipt confirmation email on the Follow Your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can also find all the information about your order in the Order History section in the MyAccount area.
Finally, you can also use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email directly on the courier’s site.
We confirm that items may be returned entirely free of charge. You will not be charged for managing the return of the product to our warehouses.
